The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is the agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that leads public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation. SAMHSA's mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on America's communities.

Mental Health Recovery Services of Warren & Clinton Counties (MHRS) is the local ADAMHS board that plans, funds, monitors and evaluates services.

 

The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) of Montgomery County is responsible for the planning, funding and monitoring of public mental health and alcohol and other drug addiction services.
